2. About the Service

Axiom People is a privacy-first talent marketplace that connects professionals with vetted employers. Candidates create anonymous profiles and control who can see them; employers access a curated pool of verified professionals. The platform is currently in pre-registration ahead of launch.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally entitled to work in the relevant jurisdiction to use Axiom People. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it up to date. You agree not to misrepresent your identity, experience, or credentials, and not to use the platform for any unlawful or improper purpose. When verifying a colleague, you agree to provide honest, good-faith endorsements.

5. Privacy and Data

Your use of Axiom People is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the service you consent to the practices described there.

6. Anonymity and Disclosure

The platform is designed to keep candidate identities private until the candidate chooses to reveal them. While we take this responsibility seriously, you acknowledge that you share information at your own discretion and that you control what you choose to disclose and to whom.

7. Employer Membership

Employer access operates on a membership basis. Specific membership terms, fees, and success fees will be set out in a separate agreement with approved employers. Employers agree to use candidate information solely for legitimate recruitment purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and software on the Axiom People website and platform are the property of Tailormade Recruitment Ltd or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse any part of the platform without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Axiom People is provided on an "as is" basis. While we work to maintain a reliable, accurate service, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as job placements or hires. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

You may delete your profile and stop using the service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms or that we reasonably believe to be misusing the platform.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
