Is it really free for candidates?
Yes. Axiom People is completely free for candidates — always. No subscription, no hidden fees, no premium tiers. Our employers fund the platform through membership, so you never pay a thing.
How does the anonymity work?
Your profile shows your skills, experience level, qualifications, and what you are looking for — but never your name, current employer, photo, or any identifying details. Employers see what you can do, not who you are. Only you can choose to reveal your identity, and only to a specific employer when you are ready.
Can my current employer see that I am looking?
No. You can block your current employer entirely, so they can never see your profile on the platform. This is non-negotiable — protecting your current role is built into how Axiom People works.
What does "peer-verified" mean?
Industry colleagues you invite confirm your experience and credentials. It is not a reference check — it is a peer endorsement that gives employers confidence you are who your profile says you are, without revealing your identity. Learn more about verification.
What happens when an employer is interested?
You are notified discreetly. You then decide whether to reveal your full profile and start a conversation. There is no pressure and no obligation — the choice is always yours. All early conversations happen through the platform's secure messaging.

How much does membership cost?
Axiom People operates on a monthly membership model plus a reduced success fee of 8% — significantly less than the 20–30% charged by traditional agencies. Membership tiers are tailored to your hiring needs and discussed directly with approved employers ahead of launch.
How are candidates vetted?
Every candidate is peer-verified by industry colleagues and reviewed by Axiom before their profile goes live. You are browsing a curated pool of qualified, genuinely interested professionals — not a job board full of unscreened applicants.
Who can join as an employer?
Every employer is vetted before being allowed to browse. We approve organisations that meet our standards for candidate experience and professionalism. Not everyone gets in — that is what protects the candidates on our platform.
How is this different from LinkedIn or a job board?
The professionals you most want to hire are not actively job-hunting — they will not be on job boards or advertising availability on LinkedIn. Axiom People gives you access to these passive, verified candidates who are quietly open to the right opportunity, in a way no public platform can.
