Axiom People is privacy-first by design. Candidates appear under a reference code with their full professional details — identity is shared only after the candidate consents to an introduction. It is why senior professionals who would never upload a CV to a job board are on this platform.
Each hire uses credits based on the candidate's base salary — 1 credit up to €60k, 1.75 up to €100k, 2.5 above. Your plan includes a set number of credits each year, and you can add more at your plan rate. There is no placement percentage for members.
You can hire pay-as-you-go at €199 per month for platform access plus a flat 12% of first-year base salary per hire — ideal for the occasional role. You get full access to candidate profiles and all platform features, and you can cancel any month. Both routes include the 90-day replacement guarantee.
If a placed candidate leaves or is let go within their first 90 days, we source a replacement for the same role at no additional charge.
